We like to keep things simple. Here’s the lowdown on ordering, delivery, your flowers and all the other bits and pieces.
WE DELIVER THE PRETTY STUFF
Delivery is a flat RATE OF $15 throughout Hobart and surrounds, covering addresses up to 30km from Hobart CBD.
Heading a little further out? No worries - delivery is $25 for areas outside the 30km zone.

A LITTLE DELIVERY HEADS-UP
Please make sure our delivery crew can actually get to the front door.
If THE RECIPIENTS ADDRESS HAS a locked gate, tricky access, a security entrance, or a very enthusiastic dog who isn't keen on making new friends, please include any helpful instructions when you order.
If our delivery driver can't safely access the property or leave the flowers somewhere secure, it will be treated as a non-delivery.
We'll let you know straight away so we can work out what to do next.
If another delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.
We'd much rather get your flowers safely into the right hands the first time, so a little heads-up about gates, dogs and access is always appreciated.
NEED FLOWERS TODAY?
We've got you.
Order before 11am for same-day delivery, subject to flower availability and our delivery schedule.
Orders placed after 11am WILL be delivered the following day. If you've got a last-minute flower emergency, send us an email and we'll always do our best to help.
WHEN WILL MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?
We deliver throughout the day, so we can't guarantee an exact delivery time.
If you're sending flowers as a surprise, please make sure someone will be around to receive them - or let us know if there's a safe, sheltered place we can leave them.
We want your flowers arriving happy, fresh and looking fabulous - not sitting out in the Tasmanian weather.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
If nobody is home, we'll leave your flowers somewhere safe and sheltered where possible.
If there's nowhere suitable, we'll get in touch with the recipient or the person who placed the order to work out the best option.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when ordering. It makes everyone's day a little easier.
FLOWERS DO THEIR OWN THING
One of the best things about flowers is that they're never exactly the same.
Our arrangements are made using fresh, seasonal flowers, so the flowers, colours and foliage may vary from the photos depending on what's looking gorgeous and available at the time.
If we need to substitute something, we'll always choose a flower of a similar style and value - and we'll make sure the finished arrangement still feels very much like the one you ordered.

Colours can vary slightly depending on the season and what's available.
Have a favourite flower? A colour you absolutely love? Something you'd rather we leave out?
Tell us when you order and we'll do our best to make it happen.
SOMETHING'S NOT QUITE RIGHT?
We want you to be completely in love with your flowers.
If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery so we can have a look and help sort it out.

Because flowers are perishable, we're unable to assess issues reported several days after delivery, so please don't leave us hanging if something doesn't look quite right.

HELP YOUR FLOWERS LIVE THEIR BEST LIFE
A little flower TLC goes a long way.
POUR A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER INTO OUR ANTI-VASE EVERY 2-3 DAYS, KEEP away from direct sunlight, heaters and fruit.
Basically, give them a little love and they'll give you plenty back.
